WHAT ARE THE RETURN OPTIONS? At our webshop, the following applies:
Not satisfied, money back! If you wish to return an order, you have 30 days to do so from the date of receipt. You can choose to return your order by post or bring it back to Tightpac E.U. at Damstraat 14, 1012JM Amsterdam
Return Options Costs Processing
Returns wll always be at your expense, except for defects, broken items or lost items. You are eliible to return your order within 14 days. When you submit the return within this period we will accept the return.
Please note: At our location, you will not receive the paid amount in cash; it will be refunded to the bank account you used when placing the order.
The costs for a return shipment are at your own expense and amount to approximately €7.25 per package. For exact rates, please consult your carrier's website.
Packaging for a return:
Visit the return page on our webshop to submit the return. Fill in the required information like the order numberg, and return it in good condition.

Returning an order to our location (free): You can return it yourself without any costs. This is only possible with an appointment. You can arrange this appointment by emailing us at: info@tightpac.eu
Bring the items in their original condition, fill in the online withdrawal form and we will take care of it for you.
Refund for a return:
Once we receive your items, we will refund the amount due as soon as possible, but no later than within 10 working days after receiving your return, provided the product has been returned in good condition. The amount will be refunded to the bank account we have on record.
If you choose to return your order at our location, the amount will also be refunded to your bank account and not in cash.
Exchanging an item:
If you want to exchange an item, you can return the item and simultaneously place a new order for the desired product. Unfortunately, the payment cannot be offset with the refund.
