Yes, TightVac containers are safe to use when storing food. All TightVac containers are NSF-approved!
Can a TightVac be used for Coffee storage?
Yes our regular TightVac's are essentially the same as the normal CoffeeVac. CoffeeVac's just come in different sizes. The CoffeeVac V however, has an extra degassing valve which allows for faster degasing.

Can you put a TightVac in the freezer or fridge?
Yes all tightvacs are freezable. But do not fill it up all the way, as the contents will expand when frozen
