    TeaVac — Airtight Tea Canisters

The TeaVac is an airtight tea canister built specifically for storing loose leaf tea, tea bags, and herbal infusions. It uses the same patented vacuum seal technology as the rest of the TightVac range. One press of the button locks out air, moisture, and light, the three things that make tea go stale. Your tea stays aromatic and flavourful for much longer than in a regular tin or bag.

    Why Tea Needs Airtight Storage

Tea absorbs moisture and odours from its surroundings faster than most people realise. A bag of loose leaf tea left open in a kitchen cupboard will lose much of its flavour within a few weeks. Even tea bags deteriorate when exposed to air. The TeaVac's vacuum seal stops this process by creating a barrier between your tea and the outside environment.

This is especially important for high-quality loose leaf teas, which contain volatile oils that give each variety its distinct character. Once those oils evaporate or oxidise, the flavour is gone and no amount of steeping will bring it back. An airtight tea caddy like the TeaVac preserves those oils and keeps each cup as close to fresh as possible.

Fits Your Kitchen, Holds Your Tea

The TeaVac comes in sizes that match typical tea quantities. Whether you buy 50g sample bags or 250g bulk pouches, there is a TeaVac that fits. The containers are compact enough for a kitchen shelf or cupboard, and the opaque body protects tea from light damage.

Like all TightVac containers, the TeaVac is made from BPA-free, food-grade plastic. It is smell-proof when sealed, which means your Earl Grey will not pick up flavours from the spices next to it. Hand-wash with hot water, dry thoroughly, and it is ready to refill.

    Fast Delivery Across Europe

We ship all TeaVac orders from the Netherlands. Place your order before 17:00 and it goes out the same day. Delivery across the EU and UK typically takes 1 to 3 business days.

Also storing coffee? The CoffeeVac has a dedicated degassing valve for coffee beans. For a complete kitchen set, combine a TeaVac with a TightVac for sugar and dry goods.
