WHAT ARE THE RETURN OPTIONS? At our webshop, the following applies:

Return Policy

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving a reason. You have another 14 days after cancellation to return your product. You will then be credited for the full order amount. Only the return costs from your home to the store are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, for the exact rates please consult the website of your carrier.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. Should the product be damaged or the packaging more damaged than necessary to sell the product, we may pass this depreciation of the product on to you. So please treat the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returning it.

To exercise this right, please contact us atinfo@tightpac.eu or use the return prortal below. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of notification of your return provided the product has already been received back in good order.

Return Options Costs Processing

Returns wll always be at your expense, except for defects, broken items or lost items. You are eliible to return your order within 30 days. When you submit the return within this period we will accept the return.

The returned ammount will always be payed back via the same payment accoun in which we received the payment

The costs for a return shipment are at your own expense. For exact rates, please consult your carrier's website.

Packaging for a return:

Visit the return page on our webshop to submit the return. Fill in the required information like the order numberg, and return it in good condition.

Returning an order to our location (free): You can return it yourself without any costs. This is only possible with an appointment. You can arrange this appointment by emailing us at: info@tightpac.eu

Bring the items in their original condition, fill in the online withdrawal form and we will take care of it for you.

Refund for a return:

Once we receive your items, we will refund the amount due as soon as possible, but no later than within 10 working days after receiving your return, provided the product has been returned in good condition. The amount will be refunded to the bank account we have on record.

If you choose to return your order at our location, the amount will also be refunded to your bank account and not in cash.

After you submit a refund, our team will confirm the return and you will subsequently receive a return form.

Exchanging an item:

If you want to exchange an item, you can return the item and simultaneously place a new order for the desired product. Unfortunately, the payment cannot be offset with the refund.
