Spice jars that remove the air, not just shut it in

An airtight lid keeps new air out. It does nothing about the air already sitting in the jar with your paprika. That trapped oxygen is what dulls ground spices over a few months, and it is why a jar can be sealed and your cumin still tastes of nothing.

Every jar in this collection uses the same patented seal: press the lid and the air is pushed out, so what is left in contact with your spices is a fraction of what a conventional jar holds.
